WHAT IS DNA MINISTRIES?

DNA in the spiritual sense means the 'seed' which is the word of God. By receiving the 'word' of God (Jesus Christ): John 1:1-4 in our lives, we are conceiving this 'seed' to bear much fruits which are in God's likeness (John 5, Gen 1:26).

DNA ministries is based on the resemblance of God's qualities and character. Although it may not be easy to see the 'seed', it is very easy to identify its product, which is that end result that can tell which 'seed' was sown. If the seed dies it produces many seeds which resemble its likeness (John 12:24).

In order for us to 'bear' the 'seed' of God (which is Jesus Christ), we need to remain in Him so that we can grow, be productive and prosper. By being obedient to His voice we are allowing the 'seed' to grow in us so that we can resemble His image (John 15:4-10).

DNA is a blue print 'origin'. It focuses on heredity (about who we are, where we come from and where are we going). We do not live what human nature tells us, but as the Spirit leads (Romans 8:9, 14). Verse 14 emphasizes that those who are led by God's Spirit are sons of God. Therefore if we believe (Mark 9:23) in God and we know who He is, then we know our DNA. When we check the results, they have to match those of our Father!

INHERITANCE:

Once we are declared children of God and we are connected with your father, we will inherit what is due to us (by being heirs of God and joint heirs with Jesus Christ): Romans 8:17.

In the book of Genesis 15:3-4 Abraham said 'Look, You have given me no offspring, indeed one born in my house is my heir! And behold, the 'word' of the Lord came to him, saying, 'this one shall not be your heir, but one who will come from your own body shall be your heir'.

In Exodus 3: 17 God speaks with Moses about inheritance of the 'land', which flows with milk and honey. In our case, the 'land' might symbolise the God given dream or vision to reach a certain destiny which can only be inherited through faith (by believing) allowing ourselves to obey and be led by the spirit of God (acting on what God has commanded you to do). Part of God's Kingdoms' inheritance is eternal life (John 3:15, John 5:13), which you'll possess by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. The land is there to be possessed (Num 13:33-53). When you possess the 'Land', you are taking over everything that is in it (Num 13:26-33). Whether the land is fertile or infertile, rich or poor. However even in cases where you see that you can't possess due to certain reasons it is important to be able to hear and know what the Spirit of God is saying to you at that particular time or situation. (Daniel) 'People who know their God (father) shall do exploits'.

Now, you might be asking yourself, how do I get 'there'? That is why DNA ministries is calling you to be connected with your father. Once you have witnessed your father's Kingdom, your life will never be the same again. You will be a new creation (11 Corinthians 5:17), a brand new man and a true Son of God (John1: 12).

Matthew 4:17 tell us exactly how can we reach this Kingdom, by repenting from our sins. It is confirmed in Eph 1:13-14 that there is a guarantee that we shall receive what the Lord has promised us and that is the Holy Spirit. Acts 2 encourages us to be filled with the Spirit.

Remember, as long as you are not where you are supposed to be, or doing what you are supposed to do, you will never have rest and you cannot be fulfilled. Let us get back to our Father just like the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-24). God is faithful and just, to forgive all our sins and unrighteousness if we confess (1John1:9). He needs to be holy and righteous as He is holy!

DNA is regarded as a mixture between two things to get something, e.g. husband and wife getting a child. In order for us to get our DNA to match that of the Father we must accept His 'seed', which is His word, which is Jesus Christ, to be in us, so that the fruits to be produced will resemble His image.

In Hebrews 5:5 God already confirms our DNA by declaring that 'you are my Sons', today I have become your Father!

DNA carries the program that tells each person what specific function he/she is to perform in a unique way that will complement each other. Therefore, DNA has an impact on the way we live. This we can achieve by learning how to hear God's voice and to implement what He says. DNA can be seen as a transforming principle. It changes us from the pattern of this world (Romans 12:2) by the renewing of your mind. We shall therefore be transformed into His likeness with ever increasing Glory, which comes from the Lord who is the Spirit (2Corrinthians:3:18). The dream of this ministry is not to focus in a specific local church but associates and relates with each and every member of the body of Christ who wants to experience God in His fullness.
